Nine Months Old!

Sarah turned nine months old today. She is such a sweet, content little girl. She loves to babble "Dada" and gets excited to watch her older siblings play or fight or do just about anything. She wakes up so happy from naps, I couldn't resist posting this photo. She crawles everywhere, stands up against things, and actually let go of the couch to try and reach for something from a standing position yesterday. Eliza and Micah didn't walk confidently until 13 months, but I'm not sure I'll have that luxury this time! Don't let these legs fool you--at her checkup today, she had actually lost a few ounces since her six month appt! But her pediatrician is alright with it, because she was far above average before. Now she has plateaued at the 25th percentile, at 16 lbs 15 oz. She's not very interested in solids--if she has them more than once a day, she gets constipated. Not that you wanted to know that.

Sarah loves the keyboard. Somehow she always manages to find the DJ key. We love her so much and are so grateful to have her in our family.
