Little Luke chomped his tender gums on fresh peach slices all afternoon, so he was in serious need of a bath. He is 7 months old now, standing up against things, jibber jabbering away and cute as a button.
Good grief he looks so grown up! I have to keep reminding myself that he is not a newborn anymore. Can't wait to see him (and the rest of you) this December. Easton and Luke are sure to have a good time together! As well as the rest of us too! Seriously can't wait. xoxo
I seriously cannot believe that that is Luke....I keep picturing him as a new born. I need to be checking your blog more often!! He is absolutely adorable audrey and fits right in with your family! I cannot wait to squeeze him in a couple months in California!! Love you guys- xoxo
Sarah wanted Mom to admire her bathtub swimming. She said, "Watch and learn. Watch and learn."
(She and Eliza wanted drinks after bedtime): "Mom, can you bring two ladies some water?" 7/10
Mom: Sarah, you're my best buddy. Sarah: No, Micah my best buddy!
Micahisms
Micah was mad at us and tried to open the van door while we were driving around. Then he says, "That's what you get for messing with me."
"The longer your life gets, the more you die."
(When getting shots): "Mom, I'm not brave. I'm so so so brave." 7/10
"Jesus's love is more than a t-rex or a brachiosaurus."
"Mom, I'm going to take the seeds off my bun and plant a hamburger tree."
(Micah praying when I was pregnant)--"Please bless the baby that they will be good like us and that they will not smoke."
(Telling his Sunday school teacher why he loves water so much)--"It's the healthiest drink, and I get really constipated."
Elizaisms
Eliza hates getting her blood drawn at the immunologist office. She said, "Dr. Taylor was probably himself for Halloween."
(About Ash's bald spot): "Dad, you should spray paint that thing."
(Talking to her friend about a late-night playdate)--"You can bring anything you want, except alcohol and cigarettes."
(After a long winding road, with me beside the car leaning into the bushes)--"Mom, do you need to puke? Because it would be really bad for the animals if you puked."
"Mom, I think you'll die before me--unless I get run over by a car."
"Sometimes I wish I had a boyfriend to clean up my breakfast dishes."
