Pinon Market & Cafe

For you locals, if you haven't eaten at Pinon, you must. It is soooo tasty. Their lunches are great, but their breakfasts are spectacular. Plus they have fresh scones, muffins, coffee cakes, fresh squeezed juices, and all kinds of tasty treats in the mornings. The owner Victoria is really friendly and personable. I love this place so much that for my birthday last year, Ash went the day before and Victoria helped him put together a delicious breakfast (I love quiche) that he surprised me with in bed the next day. It's a bit of a drive because it's up near the zoo, but definitely worth it. Take Foothill Drive up to 1300 S and go 2 blocks left and it's a little place in front of you on your right. Yum yum.

P.S. We should all post our favorite restaurants. Thanks Erin, for recommending Faustina, it was deeelicious.

Thanks for posting about Pinon Market...we'll have to check it out! And I'm glad to hear you liked Faustina's--I can't wait to go back. By the way, I thought of you last night as I was eating a bowl of rocky road ice cream :-)
