Today is the second day I've ever asked Eliza to let me put curlers in her hair before church. I used the horrible tactic of pointing out that many of her friends have them in their hair every single Sunday. After some whining, she admitted she didn't want to look like "men back then." We finally figured out she was referring to John Adams. I bought Ash the miniseries John Adams for Christmas because he loved the David McCullough book so much, the miniseries was fantastic, and who doesn't love Laura Linney and Paul Giamatti? The Adams' love story is so beautiful. Anyway, we thought it was hilarious that she would compare her hair to the Founding Fathers' hair.

That's hilarious! Her hair looks adorable and nothing like the hair of "men back then" :) And that IS a great mini-series (at least the first half of them, I haven't finished it yet)
