My favorite thing about spring is the food. I love the mild weather, running outside again, my kids' excitement over baby ducks, the new hyacinths, but the food tops it all. Eliza and Micah can't wait to plant our garden and try their hand at different vegetables, and I love how they eat cherry tomatoes as if they were grapes. We have a fledgling raspberry bush that crept over from our neighbor's yard, and I can't wait for fresh berries on my pancakes! It just seems easier to eat well in the springtime. And I love a good farmer's market. I love the less-waxy produce and the feeling of supporting the local economy, and I love eating food that is recognizable as having grown out of the ground (not out of a box, haha) somewhere nearby. Hooray for spring!

I agree with all of that. I love spring.
I love spring too. Although I haven't been good with the gardening...I just get it from my green thumb neighbors! :-) I love the smell of the flowers and the birds chirping though (that sounded kind of lame, but it's true). No, why would you bring us dinner? I'm glad we're not the only one who co-sleeps AND who doesn't have a headboard! :-)
I do not agree. Spring sucks
Seriously, what is your secret for getting your kids to eat cherry tomatoes as if they were grapes?! Happy spring to you!
