Recent Stuff

Okay, so these are a little out of order, but here goes: My brother Kevin came down for his birthday weekend. We pigged out all weekend, watched General Conference, and had key lime pie instead of cake. Thanks for the recipe, Ashley. It was a hit!
The day of the Easter Egg Hunt. It was freezing, so some kids left immediately after, but this is some of the group.

Easter Sunday.
My mom and funny, feisty grandma came to visit for about a week. The kids had a blast with them.
I don't think Elle will ever outgrow finger painting, she loves it.
Sarah loves to play in the plastic dishes, and she often has "help."
Micah and Chase. It was the best action shot I got, even though you can't see Micah's face.

Micah likes to eat limes. Weird!
So a friend of mine organized a mother-daughter night. We all came in pj's, played games in mother-daughter teams, and pigged out. Thanks Lynette!

Watching a movie in a sugar-induced coma. Eliza has been friends with Paige and Taylor since infancy, so I have a lot of fun shots of them together. I'm sure they will enjoy them as they get older. We finally told the die-hards it was time to go home at 11:30pm. I must be getting old or something! :)Here's that Snickers cookie recipe I brought that night (a.k.a. heart attack on a plate):
2 sticks butter
3.5 cups flour
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugaar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Snickers mini's
Chill dough 2-3 hrs. Form around individual snicker's mini's (leave no cracks) and bake at 325 for about 15 minutes.

Brynn and I get together for breakfast about once a month, and this was the first time Sarah and Magdalena came too. Sarah got so excited to see another baby. :)

It's 80 degrees today, and it's supposed to be 55 tomorrow. What??? I guess we'd better enjoy it while it lasts!

I love the pic of the kids on easter (laying on the floor). They are all growing up so quickly and beautifully.
