My family came down from Oregon for Christmas. This is Frodo, our new pug. He likes to snuggle, poo, and we make him run on our treadmill when he starts chewing on things or getting too excited. The kids love him.
Lots of cookie making, of course.
Monica the Ice Queen.
Fun uncles at the ice rink.
Bowling.
My crazy mother!
Getting new pj's from the elves on Christmas Eve.
Christmas morning.
Trying out the slinkies.
Sled surfing with Dad.
Sarah was not a fan of sledding on a windy day.
Gingerbread houses with Nina and Papa.
Micah falling asleep to Grandpa's stories. No offense, grandpa.
Eliza wanted to host a neighborhood cookie party. Whoa, sugar.
Sarah is the polar opposite of Eliza. She uses Eliza's play makeup more than Eliza does, and as you can see here, she loves Elle's snazzy socks. It is so fun to see their different personalities.

WOw your mom is sure crazy and fun! you are just like her! looks like christmas was a success!
Fun times. All the pictures are so cute. You are brave to get a new dog. I keep telling Mike and the kids, maybe when we have no one in diapers.
Your posts always make me smile. I love that one of your mom. What a fun grandma, and the one of Micah with your dad, that is too sweet. Let us know when we can babysit Frodo, we would all absolutely love it. And I think that's as close as we will get to getting a dog...at least for now!
What great pictures! Thanks for the recap. I loved reading about Thanksgiving too. Eliza smashing a burger in the hair... for fun?! Never a dull moment for you, right?
Man, that was some thick old snow! I can't believe your mom was running through that. What a hoot. Hope you're staying safe and sound this winter. Thanks for the updates. :)
Way cute pictures. Love the new puppy, he is so cute! Your mom seems like a lot of fun. Evie had so much fun ice skating, thanks for inviting her.

I can't wait to see him this summer when we are out in Utah! Looks like Christmas was a ton of fun! I'm glad you kept up the Elf tradition! We will definitely keep it going with our kiddos and it will be fun every other year when they get together and anticipate the Elve's arrival:) It is so fun to Play Santa:):) Take Care!
